The redesign of Sotheby’s Spain spaces represents a new spatial vision for the brand: an elevated, calm and urban environment that moves beyond the conventions of the traditional real-estate office. Rooted in Sotheby’s heritage as a historic bookseller, the concept reinterprets the idea of a contemporary library, a place of knowledge, discretion and timeless elegance.

The interiors are defined by a restrained palette of off-whites and greige tones, enriched with subtle mustard and blue accents, creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere. Special attention was given to social and hospitality areas, reinforcing Sotheby’s positioning as both a workplace and a setting for meaningful encounters, private viewings and exclusive events.
